Thomas Milton, 1st Baron Milton, GCMG, KCVO, OBE, MC, PC (1881–1957) was the Governor of Ibagli from 1938 to 1951.
Milton was born in Dover, England, on 5 November 1881. After serving in the Royal Horse Artillery in the First World War, he entered the diplomatic service, eventually serving as the British Deputy High Commissioner in New Zealand.
