Cornwall is a district in Southwestern Ibagli, located approximately Southwest of a line from Fleuve Orange to Bolton to Exeter. Historically, many of the administrative facilities of the district were located in the village of Scarborough, which was a compromise location between Exeter and Fleuve Orange, the cities where most of the residents of the district lived in proximity to. Most are now located in the town of Bolton, and most of the populated areas near the two cities have been absorbed into their boundaries.
