Whereas by the ''Ibagli Independence Act'', 1955, provision is made for the attainment by Ibagli of fully responsible status within the Commonwealth;

And Whereas in pursuance of the provisions of the Constitution set out in the ''Ibagli (Constitution) Order in Council'', 1955 Our Parliament of Ibagli has been summoned to meet for certain arduous and urgent affairs concerning the Government thereof;

And Whereas We are desirous of marking the importance of the opening of the first meeting of the said Parliament after the attainment by Ibagli of fully responsible status as abovesaid and of showing Our special interest in the welfare of Our Loyal Subjects in Ibagli;
