Be it Resolved by the Senate and Commons in this Present Parliament Assembled:
The Governor-General shall be authorized to enact a proclamation amending the Constitution Act, 1955, as follows:
1. The Constitution Act, 1955, is amended by adding thereto, immediately after section 39.1 thereof, the following section.
"39.2 Every person within Ibagli or under the jurisdiction of Ibagli has the right to the peaceful enjoyment of their private property, and they shall not be deprived of this right except:
- (a) in cases where such property is a threat to the public safety;
- (b) when it is necessary for the public good and the owner has been compensated for the loss of their property;
- (c) as punishment for a crime; or
- (d) to secure payment of taxes."
