The QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and Commons present in this present Parliament assembled, does enact the following:
1. Conductors of motor vehicles shall be permitted to conduct a left turn against a traffic signal where the presence of signs forbidding the conduction thereof does no|t exist.
