The Order of Ibaglian Military Merit is a part of the honours system of Ibagli. It is issued to members of the armed services of Ibagli who have demonstrated dedication and devotion beyond the call of duty.
Established in 1987, the award has three classes:
- Commander (CIMM) - fulfilling duties of great responsibility
- Officer (OIMM) - fulfilling duties of responsibility
- Member (MIMM) - exceptional service or performance of duty
