The Honourable Dame Mildred Junor, DCRI, CMG (1916–1995) was the Minister of Health of Ibagli from 1972 to 1976 and the Minister of Resources from 1972 to 1976 and from 1977 to 1981. She was the first female cabinet minister in Ibagli.
