The Honourable Raymond Dinning, CRI (1917–1994) was an Ibaglian senator. He was appointed to the Senate in 1964 and served there until his retirement in 1985. From 1981 to 1985, he served as Leader of the Government in the Senate in the government of Charles Forrester.
