The Honourable Sir Randall Cunningham, KCRI (1931–2004) was an Ibaglian Senator. From 1977 to 1981 he served as Leader of the Government in the Senate, and from 1989 to 1994 he served as the Speaker of the Senate. He retired from the Senate in 2001 and was succeeded by Joshua Norris.
