The QUEEN, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and Commons in this Present Parliament Assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The National Health Act, 1972, shall be amended according to Schedule A of this bill.
SCHEDULE A
A paragraph entitled ( 8 ) shall be added to section 3 of the National Health Act, 1972, that reads as follows: "Rehabilitation of those who are addicted to narcotics."
