His Excellency the Right Honourable Sir Joshua Arnham, OIM, GCVO, GCRI, GBE, CIMM, ISO, ID (1923–) was the Governor-General of Ibagli from 1980 to 1987. He is currently the Ibaglian High Commissioner to Australia and Ambassador to Indonesia.
In 1946 he married Sylvia Denham.
