The Governor of Hapalnia is the representative of the Queen of Ibagli in Hapalnia.
While in office, the Governor is styled "His/Her Excellency". The Governor's flag is a Union Flag defaced with a white disk in the centre, surrounded by garland, on which is placed the shield of the Coat of Arms of Hapalnia.
