Haphonia (pronounced Huh-FONE-yuh) is the capital of Ibagli. In 2001, the capital of the city proper was 73,354. The population of the metropolitan area was 101,231. Suburbs of Haphonia include Bayview, Kensington, Royal Arbor, and New Windsor.
