Thomas Milton, 1st Baron Milton, GCMG, KCVO, CB, OBE, MC, PC (1881–1957) was the Governor of Ibagli from 1938 to 1951.

Milton was born in Dover, England, on 5 November 1881. After serving in the Royal Horse Artillery in the First World War, he entered the diplomatic service, eventually serving as the British Deputy High Commissioner in New Zealand. He was appointed Governor in 1938. He retired in 1951, after which he was elevated to the peerage. He died in 1957 at his home in Portsmouth, England.
