Cooky Tax

The Cooky Tax was a proposal made by Marcus Smallegan and the New Conservative Party during the 2006 General Election campaign. There was mass outrage at this proposal by the Conservative and Liberal parties and by the general public which, many people believe, caused the NCP to lose seats in the election.
