Alexander John Foster (born 5 May 1971) is the mayor of Loygre. He was elected to the Loygre City Council in 1996, and was elected leader of the city Conservative caucus in 2004. After the Conservatives won a majority of the seats on the council in the 2006 local elections, he was elected mayor by the council. In 2011, he announced his intention to run for the leadership of the Conservative Party.
