Helen Bannister
The Honourable Helen Bannister, MP was the Minister of Education in Ibagli from 2006 to 2011. She also served as Minister of Transport from 1994 to 2004, Minister of Home Affairs from 1999 to 2004, and Minister of Health from March to August 2011.
