King's Birthday

The Queen's Birthday is a holiday in Ibagli to celebrate the birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. Currently, it is celebrated in Ibagli on or around the actual date of birth of Queen Elizabeth II, which is 21 April. It is usually moved to a date within a week of 21 April so that, coupled with ANZAC Day, it creates a 4-day weekend. There have been plans to move it to July or August, as there are several holidays that can occur in late April and early May.

The holiday is marked by the occurrence of the Queen's Birthday Parade in Haphonia.
